Prior to your appointment
A 50% non-refundable, transferable booking fee is required within 24 hours to secure your appointment.
A patch test is compulsory at least 48 hours before your appointment. No patch test, no appointment.
Your consent form must be completed at least 72 hours before your appointment.
One reschedule is allowed with 72 hours notice. Otherwise a new booking fee applies.
Due to the chemical process, treatments cannot be carried out on pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Thoughtful aftercare is key to achieving refined, long-lasting results.
Keep them dry for 24 to 48 hours.
Avoid extreme exercise for 48 hours.
No tanning for 48 hours.
No makeup on lashes or brows for 48 hours.
After 24 hours, apply your serum or conditioner.
Use oil-free products.
Schedule your next appointment for 4 to 6 weeks.
